Fluid Cooling Rotary Screw Compressors

Highly durable fluid cooling rotary screw compressors - operational at high temperatures of up to 45 °C

Fluid-injected rotary screw compressors are used in a wide range of market and industry sectors. They are highly durable and operate reliably and efficiently even at high temperatures of up to 45 °C. The associated investment costs are comparatively low.

However, the lion‘s share of life-cycle costs is spent on energy (up to 80 %). In fact, energy costs taken over the lifetime of a compressor, add up to a multiple of investment costs. For this reason, HPC KAESER rotary screw compressors are equipped with energy-saving SIGMA profile airend rotors that save up to 15 % energy compared to conventional rotor profile designs plus the latest premium efficiency, energy saving electric motors.

At a glance

"The variable speed compressor has allowed us to save energy by closely matching the supply and demand of compressed air whilst maintaining an accurate and constant supply pressure. The SAM 4.0 controls the installation perfectly, switching the compressors in and out to meet the sometimes large variations in demand."
