While the partnership with KAESER is at the heart of HPC’s business, HPC also offers specialist engineering solutions in the following areas: ATEX Blowers, Single Phase Rotary Screw Compressors, Specialist Process Gas Compressors, Onsite Nitrogen Gas Generation, Receiver-Mounted Packages, Skid-Mounted Packages, Containerised Solutions and Bespoke OEM Solutions.

Many of our Special Projects comply with UKCA marking for the UK market, indicating compliance with UK regulations and standards for safety, health, and environment.

HPC can assist OEMs in compiling Technical Construction Files for UKCA marking. We are also able to offer services for PSSR Written Scheme of Examination (WSE), if required.

ATEX Blowers

Expertly engineered with a comprehensive approach to safety, design, energy efficiency and quality, HPC KAESER ATEX Certified Blowers are robust and ready for anything including operation in Zone 2 (Gas) and Zone 22 (Dust) Hazardous Areas.

A comprehensive range of ATEX Zone 2 / 22 certified single-block blowers ensure maximum safety, reliability and flexibility within a hazardous environment.

Each bespoke package is designed and certified in accordance with ATEX 2014/34/EU.

 

Single Phase Compressors

For customers in the UK, HPC offers single phase options on rotary screw compressors up to 4kW and a maximum working pressure of 15 bar.

These single-phase units are ideal for customers such as small garages, workshops, farms and facilities with remote buildings which lack a three-phase supply.

We currently offer single phase options for the SX3, SX4 and SX6 Series of screw compressors.

 

 

On-Site Nitrogen Generation

The HPC Nitrogen Gas Skid is a plug & play solution for SMEs in the food & beverage market. Enabling manufacturers to generate their own N₂ on site, it reduces the need for costly & logistically challenging liquid or gas cylinder deliveries. 

It incorporates a refrigeration air dryer, pre-filtration package, oil vapour reduction filter (to Class 1), N₂ generator, buffer vessel and sterile process filter.

The HPC Nitrogen Gas Skid produces cost savings of up to 90% compared to high pressure cylinders. 

 

 

Specialist Process Gas Compressors

HPC can adapt existing screw compressors to create specialist process gas compressors, designed to move gases such as Argon, Helium and Nitrogen.

HPC's specialist process gas compressors are ideal for use in process gas applications across the medical, oil & gas and food & beverage industries, in addition to laboratories and universities, as well as exhaust gas recovery. 

 

 

 

Bespoke OEM Compressor solutions

For customers who have unique requirements, and who wish to differentiate their equipment from their competitors, we deliver compact, efficient and reliable compressors that are tailored specifically to their needs.

With rapid prototyping solutions, out-of-the-box thinking and collaborative design, HPC will work closely with your engineers to deliver a solution that is fully customised to suit you.

Receiver-Mounted Packages 

Some customers are looking for compressed air and storage without air treatment.

In this case we have developed the receiver-mounted (RM) package, a compact and cost effective solution, where the screw compressor is mounted on top of an air receiver tank.

RM packages are available across the SX Series and SM Series of screw compressors, fitted with 200L - 500L capacity receiver tanks.

Options for dryers and filters are also available.

 

 

Skid-Mounted Packages

We work with customers to create skid-mounted air compressor packages, configured to suit the customer's specific site requirements and space constraints.

Our packages can include a full compressed air system including duty/standby compressors, air receivers, filtration, desiccant dryers, and condensate treatment.

 

 

Alternative Containers for Compressed Air Stations

We can provide cost effective alternatives to standard containerised solutions for customers wanting other options for their compressed air stations.

Crafted with high quality glass reinforced plastic (GRP), these containers are faster to design, fabricate and install than conventional containers. 

Fitted with lights, vents and temperature control.
